Diana is an associate at Atwan & Partners’ Corporate and Commercial Department. Diana has an extensive experience in the corporate and commercial field, she is involved in drafting and reviewing complex contracts, memoranda, transaction documents and employment agreements. She advised on labour dispute cases, corporate operation (including incorporation, GA and BOD meetings, shareholder agreements, M&A), media and communications-related inquiries. Diana consulted national and international NGOs on matters pertaining to establishment, operation, de-registration and compliance with applicable laws. Conducted legal researches and provided comments and legal analyses on existing legislation and their amendments.
Diana is specialized in the incorporation of British Virgin Islands and other offshore companies, starting with the preparation of the application form, collecting compliance documents from clients, supervision over the initial filing of the incorporation documents and all other transactional procedures relating thereto. She has advised on the registration of trust, funds and fund managers in different jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Atwan & Partners Diana worked as an attorney and legal counsel Rajai Dajani & Associates Law Firm and at A & T Najdawi Law Office (advocates & legal consultants). Diana is a member of the Jordan Bar, she obtained her BA in law from Jordan University.
