Bashar is a cofounder of A&P, has over 25 years of extensive experience in banking and finance, corporate and commercial. He advises on structured finance; real estate development projects and M&A. He served as legal counsel for several banks in the region including Arab bank of Jordan and Al Hilal Bank of UAE advising on loan documentation, corporate governance and M&A.

Tareq has distinguished experience in corporate, banking and finance. He served as legal counsel for several banks and corporations in Jordan including Arab Bank and Cairo Amman Bank. Combining in house counsel experience and private practice over 25 years of work, Tareq has positioned himself as one of the leading lawyers in Jordan in complex legal cases.

Ahmed has extensive experience in corporate and litigation, labor and real estate spins over 20 years work experience. He represents clients in diversified litigation procedures including civil, commercial, execution, criminal and administrative.  Ahmed has gained insightful experience from his 7 working years at the Ministry of Justice of Jordan before he become a practicing lawyer in Jordan. His knowledge of legal procedures coupled with his experience in dealing with Gov entities have equipped Ahmed with efficient approaches.

Asmaa joined Atwan &  Partners as a trainee lawyer in 2021. Asmaa has experience in conducting thorough legal research, precise drafting of legal documents, and managing various contracts and agreements. She manages daily corporate affairs for clients, liaising effectively with official entities and governmental bodies. Asmaa also works closely with the firm’s litigation team, representing clients in civil and commercial disputes.      Asmaa holds BA in law from Al Al-Bayt University. Admitted to Jordan Bar Association since 2025.

She works closely with the firm’s litigation team, assisting in representing clients in civil and commercial disputes while liaising effectively with official entities and governmental bodies. Rasha joined the firm as an Administrative Assistant, providing administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily workflow. She assists in managing correspondence, organizing records, coordinating schedules, and liaising with clients and external parties.
